Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on bespoke and made to order items, so please be aware before purchasing that returning these items will be your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or broken.

Our product is meticulously handmade by master artisans one piece at a time. Natural irregularities and patina are what make each piece unique and should not be considered  flaws. We take pride in the birthmarks of each object.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any damage has to be reported to us within a week of delivery.
