VAVA Objects creates sculptural furniture and objects in fiberglass, exploring the material through form, colour and process. Drawing on references from art, architecture and classical sculpture, the studio works between the familiar and the unexpected.

Each object is crafted by hand in Sweden. Fiberglass is layered, shaped and finished through a process that allows for a degree of unpredictability, leaving traces of the hand, the material and the conditions in which it was made.

Rather than concealing these variations, VAVA embraces them as part of the object. Differences in colour, surface and patina give each piece its own character and make every object subtly unique.
